Control Engineering job satisfaction poll results: Feeling of accomplishment | Control Engineering
Ran across this today on an industry website and I have to say I agree with the results. Salary is 3rd on the list! I find that very interesting considering how well Engineers tend to get paid. I suppose that is why a person interested in Engineering Sales is so hard to find.
Here are the Control Engineering site poll results for April:
What is the most important factor adding to job satisfaction?
Feeling of accomplishment 42%
Technical challenge 22%
Salary 13%
Advancement opportunities 10%
Job security 6%
Benefits 4%
Relationships with coworkers 4%
Other 2%
